We are a Boutique Financial Planning Firm looking for an office Customer Service Assistant to assist Financial Planner with day to day operations.
Duties include client communication, scheduling, research, marketing, and other general tasks.
We are looking for an individual who communicates well and is timely.
No prior financial planning experience is needed.
We want the right candidate who wants to work for a company who truly cares about their efforts and doing the task/job to the best of their abilities, each and every day.
This is a great opportunity for a young person who wants to get into the financial planning field.
For an established individual who may be looking to get back to the work place, perhaps during the daytime hours when their young children are in school.
We are a family oriented practice associated with a major independent financial planning firm.
Integrity, a clean background check, attention to detail and an outgoing personality are a must. The rest we can teach with time.
$25 per hour, more depending on life experience.
Part-time to begin, additional hours and benefits with longevity. Looking for 18-20 hours each week.
