Security deposit is based on credit approval. The security deposit refundable is from $400.00 to one month of rent, this deposit is refundable with an annual interest earning of 3%
To apply for one of our units is required for all occupants 18 and older to have the following documents.
• A state ID could be a driver's license or passport.
• SS card or Tax ID
• Prove of income (could be paying stabs offer letter, company letterhead, or Taxes
• Application fee $35.00 for all occupants 18 and older this fee is not refundable.
• Holding fee of $300.00(This is refundable in case your application is not approved if you decide not to move forward with the application it takes proximally 30 to 45 working days)
Out of these $ 300 holding fees, $200.00 goes to amenities covering Gym, Pool, and administrative process, and the other $100 goes to your first month's rent.
All these payments must be made in Money Order or Certify cashier check.
