Selling my 15 ft. x 4 ft. x 1ft. hand crafted closed cell foam flat bottom jon boat on an all aluminum Trailex trailer. This boat is in immaculate condition, runs perfectly. Both boat and trailer come with clean titles in my name.
This boat is simplicity plus with its open plan, all ready for you to add any electronics, lighting and wiring you may desire for your style of fishing.
It comes with a new transom mounted Minn Kota trolling motor. The transom was doubled in thickness with plywood and totally fiberglassed to accept up to a 10 hp motor. Transom rot will not be a problem!
The trailer lights were upgraded recently and have only been dunked a couple times. Bearing Buddies cover the axle hubs. It has a custom designed motor bracket tower at the winch to carry a low hp gas outboard vertically so it won't exert excessive pressure slamming on the transom when hitting bumps at highway speeds.
This vessel's launching and retrieval is easily handled by one to two adults and will fit into the 8 ft. bed of a pickup truck. The trailer is in great shape. The tires hold full air pressure, have thick tread and are up to highway speeds.
A pair of aluminum oars and chrome oarlocks are included in this sale. It comes with four new adult life vests. One of the photos shows the row of rocket launcher fishing rod holders next to a folding drink holder that I used to hold a small fishfinder.
(The battery, fish finder, transducer and transducer mounting bracket are Not included in boat sale).
A full length all weather cover is also included. Full width ⅝ in. plywood deck panels covered by new low pile waterproof indoor outdoor carpet span the bow and middle seats. The casting deck panels provide an easily accessible huge covered storage space. They are loose fitted and are easily removable. They rode uncovered at 50 mph with no problems.
