Duties include but not limited to: helping customers resolve issues, problem solving, making and taking phone calls, faxing, supporting others in the office.
Prefer 2+ years experience in call center customer service.
Bilingual a plus, but not necessary.
Must have a good clear phone voice and organizational skills.
Ability to multi-task. Should be able to type at least 35+ wpm.
Prefer someone with a financial services background, or who has an understanding of accounts receivable / bill collections. We are not debt collectors! Will train the right person.
