We're looking for individuals who are professional, organized, punctual, dependable, and who can teach various genres of dance focused around Hip-Hop, Latin, Step & African. Our company is looking for true professionals who can work well with children of all age groups ranging from elementary school age children to high school students. You do not need to specialize in all 4 genres of dance, but you must have solid experience as a choreographer in one of those genres (Hip-Hop, Latin, Step & African).
Our programs run Monday through Friday, and each dance class typically last anywhere between 50-90 minutes per class. Our programs run on average between 8-10 weeks per session. Scheduling is flexible meaning you will only need to commit to 1 class each week (for all 8-10-week sessions) but if your schedule permits, you will have the ability to work more than 1 class (again each class is only approximately 1 hour). Since this is an after-school program, our classes begin and end at various times based on the school. We will be offering various classes ranging between the hours of 2:45 pm to 6:00 pm (ex. 1 class may be from 2:45 pm – 4:15 pm while another class may be from 5 pm – 6 pm). This opportunity is one that you can fit into your schedule based upon your availability each week. The pay is $45-$50 per hour (non-negotiable & based on experience) and you are paid via check bi-weekly as a 1099 sub-contractor.
