Seeking HELPERs for Small Wedding/Picnic Shelter Set-Up/Clean-Up
Due to COVID-19, we RESCHEDULED our "big traditional wedding w/family & friends" to next April. However, we're doing a small, elegant-picnic style wedding on the original date -- Friday, June 25th, 2021.
1. We are seeking 5 Helpers to assist us from 9 am-1 pm (or less time if we get it all set!) with moving some picnic tables, setting up seating for the Ceremony, setting up an aisle for the Bride to walk down, setting up Ceremony Area, covering Picnic tables with linens and decorations, hanging some draping to "camouflage" the metal poles of the Picnic Pavilion.
2. We are seeking 1 person to remain at the Picnic Shelter location to make sure nothing is disturbed/changed between 1 pm - 4 pm. (We'll be heading to get showered and ready for the ceremony during this time.)
3. We are seeking a Person to help serve as the Coordinator or "Go To Person" for keeping things moving, answering any guest questions, solving any last-minute problems or issues between 4 pm (when Caterer is dropping off Food/Drinks) and 7:30ish pm when we start to Clean-Up.
Guests will arrive at 5 pm.
The ceremony will be at 5:30.
The Reception with Boxed Sandwich meals will be served around 6-6:30ish.
4. We are seeking Helpers for Clean-up from 7:30ish - 8 pm. We're supposed to be all cleaned up and done by 8 pm as per the terms of our Picnic Shelter Rental Agreement.
Pay is $20/hr. We are looking for hard-working, responsible, team-focused, fun-loving folks. Prior Catering, Event/WaitStaff experience a MAJOR plus!
