It originally came with a glass top (which I still have and you will be getting unless you don’t want it) but we replaced it with an upholstered particle board. That upholstered board is secured to the top off the coffee table with double sided Velcro we glued on when it’s on top, so if you want to go back to the glass you’ll have to scrape the velcro off and repaint it.
I’m not into haggling so the price is the price.
