Beautiful arm chair/Swivel/rocker in fair condition. Very comfortable. It has a small tear on one arm(seen in pic), and on the piping on the back(seen in pic). in the past I have used my carpet spot checker to clean up the arms and bottom of the chair. This comes from a non-smoking home. We do have a small dog.
