The modern variant of Adirondack chair is made from pressure treated lumber and is very sturdy, built to last outdoors. ACQ-rated screws are used and galvanized lag bolts.
These chairs are built locally in a one-man shoppe - I make all the chairs by hand and like they are my own.
These chairs are very comfortable to sit in. Seat width is 23" and the backrest tops about 30" above the seat. The backrest is slightly rounded for comfort.
The frame and legs are made of 2x8" and the seat/backrest/armrests are 5/4" boards.
I can deliver the chair for an additional fee.
One Adirondack chair is $180.00.
I can also build the chair from other wood and/or stain it, the price will change of course.
