There are many great farmers out there and I do not wish to bid up or steal land. However, if you’re a farmer considering retirement or a landowner looking to make a change I am very interested. Willing to pay competitive rent and treat your acres as if it they were my own. Can provide references from current landlords upon request.
All land I rent is soil sampled every two to three years, fertilizer is all variable rate applied, and fields will be kept clean. I treat every acre with individual attention to improve the ground the best I can. I own all needed equipment to move dirt as needed for drainage projects, tree cleanup, and driveway maintenances. Any roadsides or pathways will be kept mowed as well.
