Busy Bees Maid Service is hiring full-time Cleaning Professionals for daytime residential cleaning work.
This is a great fit for someone who enjoys active, hands-on work, likes clear routines, takes pride in doing things well, and wants steady weekday hours without nights or weekends.
You will start from home each day, drive to assigned client homes in our service area, and come to our Thurmont office about once per week for paid supply pickup, training, or team connection.
Pay and Schedule
Most full-time Cleaning Professionals earn $750–$950 per week, before taxes once fully trained.
Your pay includes:
Paid hourly during cleaning time, starting at $17-20 DOE
Paid hourly drive time between homes, same rate as cleaning time
Mileage reimbursement

Typical schedule:
Monday through Friday
Daytime hours only
No nights
No weekends
No major holidays
Most days begin between 6:00 AM and 8:15 AM
Most days end between 2:00–5:00 PM, depending on the route
This is a full-time position for someone who can be available during the daytime work window. End times may vary based on the day’s schedule, home size, travel time, and client needs.
What you’ll do
As a Residential Cleaning Technician, you will:
Clean client homes according to Busy Bees Maid Service standards
Follow a proven cleaning system for quality, safety, and consistency
Care for kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, floors, and approved add-on tasks
Respect each client’s home, preferences, pets, and belongings
Use your smartphone to view your schedule and communicate with the office
Drive between client homes during the workday
Visit our Thurmont office once per week for supplies, updates, and team connection
Most work is residential cleaning with light commercial cleaning.
This job involves bending, kneeling, reaching, lifting supplies, using stairs, working around normal household dust, pets, and messes, and staying active throughout the day.
We provide the training, systems, supplies, and support. You bring reliability, care, effort, and attention to detail.

Requirements
To be considered, you must have:
A reliable personal vehicle
Valid driver’s license
Active auto insurance that meets company requirements by your first day
Smartphone
Ability to drive between client homes during the workday
Ability to perform active physical cleaning work
Availability Monday through Friday during daytime hours
Dependability, honesty, and clear communication
Professional cleaning experience is helpful but not required. Experience in cleaning, caregiving, hospitality, food service, childcare, retail, or other hands-on work can also be a great foundation.
