I need a small piece of rotted wood replaced at the very top of the roofline. The damaged area is only about 12 inches by 6 inches. This is not structural. It is just a small exterior wood siding/trim area where a bird built a nest.
Because of the location, you must be:
Comfortable working on a roof
Comfortable with heights
Able to do basic carpentry / small wood replacement
Able to bring your own ladder and basic tools
This is a small side job, not a big project. I am not looking for a roofing company, a salesman, or someone charging emergency-service prices. This is something for a handyman or carpenter who wants to make some extra money on the side. Call Michael
