Looking for one person for a small, non-emergency repair job on my house. ( $40.00 Hourly only will not accept job quotes)

I need a small piece of rotted wood replaced at the very top of the roofline. The damaged area is only about 12 inches by 6 inches. This is not structural. It is just a small exterior wood siding/trim area where a bird built a nest.

Because of the location, you must be: 1. Comfortable working on a roof. 2.Comfortable with heights 3. Able to do basic carpentry / small wood replacement. 4. I have ladders, you need to bring your own carpentry tools

This is a small side job, not a big project. I am not looking for a roofing company, a salesman, or someone charging emergency-service prices. This is something for a handyman or carpenter who wants to make some extra money on the side. Call Michael
