Small civil litigation law firm located in Frederick County is seeking a part-time assistant to work 16 hours, flexible schedule, to provide administrative support to an office administrator, attorney and paralegal. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: overseeing aspects of general office coordination; interacting with clients, vendors and visitors; answering telephones; ordering and maintaining inventory of office equipment and supplies; performing general clerical duties such as copying, faxing, mailing and filing. Knowledge and skill requirements include: at least one (1) year experience in a law firm. Computer literacy required for Word, Outlook, Excel. Training will be provided. Start date is immediate.
