You will need good typing and organizational skills. Keeping track of appointments and follow up on tasks. Detail oriented to get information and deliver it through scan, text and phone. Organizing documents for delivery to third parties using courier. A flexible positive attitude always finding a way to accommodate the changing needs of the company and clients. Ability to interact with multiple coworkers on a daily basis and work with them on processes to efficiently answer clients questions.
