*Screen and direct incoming calls while providing outstanding service
*Provide detailed information to callers as needed
*Greet persons entering organization warmly and professionally
*Provide general administrative and clerical support utilizing MS Office to accounting and HR departments
*Generate reports
*Manage incoming and outgoing mail
*Assist with scheduling and calendar management

Qualifications/Background profile:
*Recent, relevant, previous receptionist, call center and/or office support experience
*Excellent phone etiquette with strong interpersonal skills
*Strong time management skills
*MSOffice computer proficiency
