Description: Front desk coordinator needed for busy Urbana Maryland real estate office.
Responsibilities include: administrative duties, answering phones, greeting clients and customers, accounts receivable and accounts payable work.
Candidate must be comfortable with Microsoft Word and Excel. Knowledge of Quickbooks/Sage50/Peachtree/Bookkeeping software preferable but not necessary. Great organizational skills and understanding of general office procedures preferred. Friendly and customer service oriented.
Position work hours: 8:30pm - 5pm M-F.
