Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our sales and tech teams, assisting in daily office needs.
AROCON Administrative Assistant responsibilities include:
Directing customer to either the production, service or scheduling departments
Determining which appointment would be best suited for new customers.
Keeping spreadsheets and reports organized using the company CRM and Google Docs.
This is an hourly position to possibly move to salary after 90 days.
