Our client, a fashion company, is looking to hire an Assistant Manager for their storefront pop up shop location in Leesburg, VA to work through January of 2021. Ideal candidates will have contemporary or luxury retail experience, preferably as an ASM.
Job Responsibilities Include:
-Oversee team members and ensure that store metrics or expectations are being met
-Ensure that all company procedures are followed by team members
-Drive store sales and provide exceptional customer service to all clientele
-Support the store manager – opening and closing the store in the absence of the SM
-Ensure that store merchandising and marketing expectations are upheld
-Other tasks as designated by management team
Job Qualifications Include:
-At least 2 years of prior retail experience with a luxury or contemporary brand
-Previous leadership or managerial experience is highly preferred
-Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills are a must
-Strong organizational and time management skills
-A flexible schedule with open availability
