NJ Police violate a Constitutional right (USA)

A New Jersey homeowner was taken into police custody for hosting a gathering at his home of more than 50 people despite the state's ban on large gatherings in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic.

He's just been given a golden ticket though, because his Constitutional right to assembly has been violated. The fear in this country has reached some ridiculous new heights. It's time for people to say that enough is enough. In this case, this wasn't even a public gathering, it was a private one in the man's own home.

Utter nonsense. If I were this fellow, I would get a lawyer and wring out the state of New Jersey for all they are worth over this.
