• Full-sized, eat-in kitchen, recently renovated with a view to the backyard, complete with ceramic dishes,
proper pans, and storage for each roommate.
• Shared living room with flat-screen and furnished shared living areas.
• Original hardwood floors throughout the home. Restored 2015.
• STORAGE: There is plenty of storage in the basement, which is very clean and easily accessed from the
kitchen and from the outside.
• Walking distance to Hood, Hospital, Downtown Bars, and Park.


THE ROOM:

• FULLY FURNISHED: bed, dresser, desk, table lamps.
• Private bathroom: original black, and white tile.
• Walk-Out Balcony from this bedroom only.

THE ROOMMATES:
• One roommate has been there for three years, male, late-20’s, the other is also a 30-year-old male and has been
there for over a year. Both are wonderful people. In total, there will be 3 roommates (including you). Everyone has
their own private bathroom, their own bedroom, and shared living spaces.


OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
• Smoking is okay OUTSIDE.

THE RENT:
• $825.00, UTILITIES INCLUDED WITH RENT: INTERNET, AC, HEAT, WATER, SEWER, ELECTRIC.
• Deposit: one month's rent, up-front.
• Lease: One year. It is a standard Maryland lease. A 30 days notice must be given if you are not staying after the one-
year lease.
• The rent is paid by direct deposit.
