THE HOUSE:

• Shared living room with and furnished shared living areas.
• Original hardwood floors throughout home, absolutely gorgeous, fully restored.
• STORAGE, we have tons of storage in the basement, which is very clean and easily accessed from the kitchen and from the outside. We also rent the garage for $100/month- one car and storage-probably cheaper than a storage unit.


THE ROOM:

• UNFURNISHED; I can supply furniture (bed, mattress, nightstand, dresser, and lamp) if needed

• Private room, attached custom walk-in closet and custom bathroom including a 3/8 inch heavy glass shower enclosures

THE ROOMMATES:
One tenant works at Ft. Detrick working towards her Ph.D. (early 20s) and the other tenant is early 30s and works at a local restaurant. Both tenants have been at the home for over a year and adore the home.


OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
• Smoking is okay OUTSIDE on the balcony or in the backyard.


THE RENT:
• 825, utilities included - INTERNET, A/C, HEAT, WATER, and ELECTRIC.
• Deposit: one month's rent, up-front.
• Lease: one-year preferred. It is a standard lease. We have a 60-day notice policy cancellation policy if you need to move.
• The rent is paid by direct deposit.

HOW TO APPLY:

• Emails without introducing yourself will be considered spam and will not receive a response. It is very helpful if you list a few times in which you can meet to view the apartment.
• Before a lease is signed, employment verification will be required, as well as a copy of your driver's license.
• We will need a rental reference. If you are unable to provide a reference, we will require a co-signer to the lease.
• Owners live nearby and are responsive to repairs and concerns.
