I’m a single non-smoking, working female with pets. Old house, shared modern bathroom, large balcony, patio, fenced-in yard (not responsible for dogs, lots of training on the dogs), large modern up-to-date kitchen, and bathroom. Detached large two-car garage with electricity. Close to the Catoctin Mountains and Thurmont, MD in Frederick County.

Both rooms can be rented for 1,200, or just the larger room with or without furniture. All utilities are included in the rent, including washer/dryer, WiFi, electricity, water (well water), full use of the kitchen, balcony, garage, and attic, etc.

Both rooms would be considered with an older child needing the 2nd room. A small dog would be considered.
