RV living space Mid-June - open

I'll be visiting my elderly mother in Frederick (pref within 5-10 miles of Monocacy Walmart) and am hoping to find a place fairly close by to spend the nights (will be at her place during the day for the most part). My RV is a 2004 Lazy Daze 23ft and is fully contained. The only utility I'd like to have is electric for those hot, sticky summer nights but I do have a built-in generator if no electric available and the sound won't be a bother.
