Evergreen Service Center is a trusted, family-owned auto repair shop in Frederick, Maryland, specializing in brake repairs and complete automotive service. We’re growing and looking for a friendly, motivated Phone Sales Representative to join our team!
What You’ll Do:
Answer incoming calls from new and returning customers
Provide clear, friendly information about our services and pricing
Schedule appointments and follow up on service inquiries
Make outbound calls to remind customers about maintenance or specials
Help customers feel confident and cared for from the first call to the final pickup

Great phone and communication skills — professional, yet personable
Positive attitude and team spirit
Dependable and organized, with attention to detail
Prior sales or customer service experience (automotive knowledge is a plus, but not required — we’ll train you!)
