We’re a growing residential door and window installation company looking to **partner with skilled, reliable door installation crews** in the Frederick area.

**Your Role:**
* Install residential **entry, storm, patio, and interior doors**
* Handle reframing, flashing, sealing, and trim installation
* Maintain a clean, professional job site
* Communicate job updates and send completion photos
**What We’re Looking For:**
* Minimum **3 years of door installation experience** (residential)
* **2+ person crew** preferred
* Own tools, truck/van, and equipment
* **General Liability Insurance** (Workers’ Comp if applicable)
* **W-9 required before starting**
* **EPA Lead-Safe Certification (Preferred)**
* Professional attitude, reliable, and detail-oriented
**Compensation:**
* Earn a **percentage of the total project sale price** (discussed during onboarding)
* Paid **biweekly** by direct deposit or check
