The Xbox powers on and plays games fine. The BlueRay drive works intermittently. Sometime it reads discs fine, sometimes it refuses to do anything. Including ejecting. A hard power cycle resolves the issue (unplugging the Xbox).
A newer rarely used controller is included, batteries however are not.
The Gears of War Ultimate Edition claim card is unused, and is in the accessory box with the quick setup book. While it is unused I cannot guarantee it still works. I did not see an expiration date on it.
