This doll was a donation to our church, which I'm selling on their behalf. All proceeds go to charity.
As this was a donation, we do not know her provenance. There was a note provided with her that said it is from Switzerland and was 80 years old.
Excellent vintage condition. Joints are tight. Clothing is all in tact. A few minor chips in the hands and feet, and light crazing on the back of one leg.
Her face is painted (including eyes) and has great coloring. She has all her fingers and toes. Her hair feels as though it is a natural fiber. Her clothing is excellent, although some of the fabric is a little stiff from age. She has no markings anywhere that indicate a maker or model number.
Asking $100. If you know more about dolls like this, and I'm way off on an asking price, please let me know.
