Nava Labs is partnering with the state of Maryland to understand how to make submitting documents for benefits easier. We are especially interested in your experience submitting work or income documents (such as paystubs, W2s, tax documents).
We're conducting 1 hour video interviews about your experience. You'll be paid $75 for your time through a digital gift card.
Who we're looking for:
* 18 - 64 years old
* Located in the state of Maryland
* Applied for Maryland Benefits in the past year (SNAP, Medicaid, or similar programs) — including new applications and renewals.
* Comfortable with a 1 hour video interview
What you'll do:
* Share your experience submitting documents for your benefit application
* Go through a simulated online application and give your feedback on the document upload process
* Sessions are happening in the next two weeks within April 2026.
