We are a marketing company that is specializing in creating membership and directory type websites for high end commercial and business to business marketing.
Thought I would try reaching out here instead of LinkedIn to find a different set of people and not get so much noise in the posting. We are looking for 2-3 with solid years of experience and $ volume history of creating and closing high dollar ticket offers. We are in the early launch phase so their will be bit steeper income curve and really can use someone with experience who can help us tune our offers and get this membership and sales moving quicker. Any experience with affiliate sales, referrals and other relationship building is core part of our business growth model so help creating and building that structure is important skill or prior experience beyond just personal sales but being able to train and teach others.
Sales tickets range in the $2000 to 10,000 and even 20,000 range so should be comfortable closing that type sale and prior experience. pay will be initially pure commission and with sales stabilizing can go to a base/draw plus bonus or other structure.
Please send resume and experience along with examples of prior sales both volume/time ($/month etc) as well as high and low tickets and some examples of stories of those sales.
This position for right person should be between 100k -$300k after first year or sooner if they are closing even small percentage of possible sales.
