Responsible for Acquiring and Renewing Aircraft Insurance Customers by quoting, selling, writing, and serving non-owned personal aircraft insurance for pilots in a fast paced, high volume insurance brokerage. This position requires independent judgement and discretion. Primary focus is meeting and exceeding business goals for the agency, in accordance with agency policies and procedures.
This position is hybrid after 6 month training period.
Required: High School diploma/equivalent plus 1 year directly applicable experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic math skills.
Preferred: Associate's degree, professional certification, or equivalent training and experience preferred. Previous experience managing client relationships.
Behaviors: Exceptional organizational skills, Proficient in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
