• Answering incoming phone calls in a polite professional manner
• Greet Walk in Customers
• Process Customer Orders/Sales
• Handle Customer Questions
• Help with various office duties.
• Maintain a relationship with our client base of 64 years.
Skills and experience required
• Customer Service and Support – Polite and Good Communication, Active listening, Product knowledge, Positive attitude
• Work well in busy environment
• Competency in Microsoft Office -Particularly Excel and Work
• Proven ability to perform in a professional manner with attention to detail – clarity and accuracy
• Professional Phone Skills – Ability to take detailed messages, Speak Clearly and articulate your words. Professional etiquette with positive attitude.
