Needs Toner / Prints with streaks but that may be cleaned up with cleaning the drum as it doesn't say to replace. I did manage to get it to set up in windows 10 . Lexmark makes this printer and supplies can be Lexmark under their model numbers. If wanted I have a old school Centronics Parallel print cable. The Feed out rollers squeak while spinning. Here it is if you like to tinker.
