Quick Turn R&C Services LLC is a minority-owned professional cleaning company serving the MD/DC/VA region. We're looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join our team servicing residential housing units on a federal installation in the Frederick, MD area.
This is a stable, ongoing position with consistent weekly hours and a flexible schedule.

Schedule:
Monday–Friday | 4–8 hours per day | Flexible | Up to 25 hours per week max
What You'll Do:
- Clean residential housing units including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas
- Follow cleaning checklists to meet quality standards on every unit
- Document completed work after each unit
- Report any damage or maintenance issues to your supervisor
- Maintain a professional, respectful presence on a federal installation
What We're Looking For:
- Diligent, detail-oriented workers who take pride in their work
- Physically able to handle a role with a lot of bending, kneeling, and moving throughout the day
- Dependable and punctual — this role requires consistency
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Important Eligibility Requirement:
Due to the nature of this position on a federal installation,
U.S. citizenship is required. Green card holders/permanent residents and non-citizens are not eligible
for this role. Valid REAL ID also required.
Compensation:
Competitive hourly pay | Paid weekly via direct deposit (W-2)
