The Home Doctor is looking for outgoing, confident conversationalists to represent our company at the Frederick Pride Festival. If you enjoy meeting new people, striking up conversations, and creating opportunities, we'd love to have you on our team.
This is a great opportunity for individuals who are personable, self-motivated, and comfortable engaging with homeowners in a fun, community-focused environment. Top performers may be invited to work additional events throughout the year.
What You'll Do:
Welcome and engage with festival attendees
Introduce homeowners to The Home Doctor and our exterior home improvement services
Generate qualified homeowner leads
Schedule free in-home consultations
Represent our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
Compensation:
This is a commission-only event opportunity.
You'll earn 4% commission on any sales that result from the qualified leads you generate at the event. The more quality appointments you help create, the greater your earning potential.
Training:
Selected representatives will attend a training session at our Falls Church, VA office before the event. We'll provide the tools, talking points, and support you need to feel confident and prepared.
