The sectional is very comfortable and solid (La-Z-Boy quality). The recliner works perfectly and the pull-out sleeper is great for guests. There is a tear on one seam (see photo), but otherwise everything is in good functional condition.
Coffee table is solid and sturdy, with some wear and surface marks. Could easily be refinished or touched up if desired.
Mattress is clean and lightly used.
Price: $400 OBO
Would prefer to sell everything together.
