Excellent condition. No damage to the bed frame. Untreated wood which can be painted.

The futon is made of 100% organic cotton. It has handles for better transport.

No tears, stains or odors. This was used in a guest bedroom. Smoke-free home, pets are in the house (did not sleep in the bed).
