Oversized ASHLEY FURNITURE Sofa Couch Sleeper - bed. The sleeper bed makes it a very heavy sofa.

The Sofa is in very good condition.
Dimensions: L = 98”, W =39”, H = 31.5” as seen in the Picture.
Very soft comfortable in very good condition Oversized heavy ASHLEY FURNITURE Sofa. Seat & Back pillows/cushions come off. The seat cushion covers can be unzipped/taken off for washing. Seat cushions were thoroughly washed and deep cleaned before listing. The rest of the Sofa was also thoroughly cleaned, washed and deep cleaned. No weird Smells. None pet, none smoking owner. No rips, tears or stains. Looks great.
The pull out bed Looks like it has never been used at all. The bed mat is pure white. On one of the corners of the underside of the bed mat it has a few spot of what looks to be oxidation stain where it rub up against the frame somewhere. I can’t tell where it came from because there is no oxidation that I see on the frame. You can’t see these few slight spots when the bed is out because they are on just one small area of one corner of underside of the bed mat like I said. Otherwise the mat looks brand new. Never used.
All my Sofas, Chairs and Furniture are kept in an ozonated environment in order to keep them as fresh and as clean as possible.
