As part of updating the decor of our living room with new carpet, we are opting to change some furniture as well so it is necessary to let another family enjoy our current full-sized sofa. The piece was purchased a few years ago at Gavigan's in Westminster and is in excellent condition and the cushions and material are in superb shape. The sofa as pictured is in 1st floor living room and is easy to remove as we open hallway access to a full sized front door so it should be easy to pick-up and transport! The interested party must have the manpower to move the sofa to their vehicle for transport. This is an ideal opportunity for the right family looking to plus up their living space and the sofa will be available for pick-up as early as the 11th of May but no later than the 14th of May.
