Samuel Construction Group LLC is seeking reliable, hardworking Construction Laborers/Helpers to join our growing team.
Job Duties
- Assist with demolition, cleanup, and material handling
- Support carpenters and skilled tradesmen on residential projects
- Load and unload tools and materials
- Site preparation and jobsite organization
- Assist with drywall, painting, flooring, framing, decks, and general construction tasks
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements
- Construction experience is a plus for a laborer
- Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work
- Own transportation is a plus
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Must reside in or around Frederick, MD
- Must be able to speak English, Spanish, or French
- Must be reliable

Location:
Frederick County and surrounding counties
Pay for Pros: $24–$28 per hour, W2, 1099, etc.
Pay for Laborer/Helper: $15–$18 per hour, Cash payment at the end of each day.
Note: Having a driver's license is a plus, but not required.
