Quick Turn R&C Services LLC is a minority-owned professional cleaning company serving the MD/DC/VA region. We're looking for reliable, detail-oriented individuals to join our team cleaning windows on a federal installation in the Frederick, MD area.
This is a stable, ongoing position with consistent weekly hours and a flexible schedule.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday | 4–8 hours per day | Flexible | Up to 25 hours per week max
What You'll Do:
Clean all interior windows, sills, tracks, and frames throughout residential housing units
Clean ground-level exterior windows only (no second-floor exterior window cleaning required)
Follow cleaning checklists to meet quality standards on every unit
Document completed work after each unit
Report any damage or maintenance issues to your supervisor
Maintain a professional and respectful presence on a federal installation

Physically able to handle a role with a lot of bending, reaching, and moving throughout the day
Dependable and punctual — this role requires consistency
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Important Eligibility Requirement:
Due to the nature of this position on a federal installation, U.S. citizenship is required. Green card holders/permanent residents and non-citizens are not eligible for this role. Valid REAL ID also required.
Compensation:
Competitive hourly pay | Paid weekly via direct deposit (W-2)
