We are looking for a licensed commercial electrician to assist with an 8,500-square-foot commercial tenant build-out located in Hagerstown, Maryland.
This is an hourly-rate position. We are seeking a reliable electrician with commercial experience who can work efficiently and maintain high-quality workmanship.
Project Details
Commercial tenant improvement
Approximately 8,500 SF
Location: Hagerstown, MD
Materials will be provided by the General Contractor
Electrician must supply standard hand tools and equipment
Work to be performed in accordance with applicable NEC and local codes
Requirements
Current Maryland Electrical License (or license recognized by the local jurisdiction)
Commercial electrical construction experience required
Ability to read and interpret electrical plans
Experience with conduit installation, panel work, branch circuits, lighting, receptacles, and equipment connections
Reliable transportation
Proof of insurance preferred
Compensation
