What YOU MUST Provide:

-General Liability Insurance ($1M/Occurrence & $2M/Aggregate)
EXPECTATIONS AS OUR SERVICE PARTNER
• Perform comprehensive cleaning of commercial facilities, including offices, retail stores, medical centers, and industrial sites
• Ensure all areas are maintained to high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Use appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently and safely
• Follow detailed cleaning protocols and schedules to meet client expectations
• Restock supplies and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times during cleaning operations
• Maintain accurate records of completed work and communicate effectively with clients and team members
• Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, tools, and safety procedures
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining quality standards
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable transportation and punctuality for scheduled shifts
• Good communication skills to coordinate with clients and team members effectively
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may involve lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods
