We are looking for a reliable, detail oriented person or company to provide landscape maintenance services to two (2) commercial locations in Frederick - 21702 and 21703 zip codes.
The two locations are not very big. They require the following services:
- spring clean-up
- lawn mowing, trimming, blowing
- hedge/shrub trimming
- small amount of mulch
- keeping locations weed-free
- fall clean-up
The locations are 5 minutes away from each other.
Both locations pay a total of $7,500 per season, paid in equal monthly payments.
Must be reliable, attentive to details and must be insured.
