I am looking for a Handyman to do various tasks at a small hobby farm in Lucketts Virginia.
I would like someone that is comfortable working hourly, just let me know the hourly rate you require. Cash paid daily. I am most comfortable making progress over time and I can better afford to work on things in small doses, not all at once. I am completely flexible on days and hours to work. I do not have anything urgent, just far too many tasks that I have ignored. I would like to find someone that takes pride in their work and ideally someone interested in long term work. Please tell me something about yourself, what type of work you do, etc. I am not interested in bidding any tasks/projects.
I am looking for 1 person, but could possibly use 2 periodically for certain projects.
Miscellaneous tasks include: Replacing wood on buildings, painting, fence repairs, building chicken run, building Run-In sheds, drywall repairs, building shelving racks, etc. Plumbing, electrical, brick-work, roofing, concrete work, welding, etc., are all a bonus, but not required. (Please let me know what you like doing and what you like avoiding).
For reference, I am located about 8 miles North of the Town of Leesburg on Route 15 and I am about 3 miles South of Point of Rocks, Md. on Route 15.
