We are seeking one (1) dedicated and well-organized Bilingual Administrative Assistant to join our professional team. This position is ideal for an individual who demonstrates strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to providing high-quality service.
1. Position Responsibilities
- Answer and manage incoming calls while providing professional and courteous service to clients and visitors.
- Handle various forms of communication, including phone calls, emails, and written correspondence.
- Provide accurate and timely information to current and prospective clients regarding our programs.
- Maintain organized, up-to-date filing systems and office records.
- Prepare, update, and manage office documentation and paperwork.
- Operate and maintain office equipment, including printers, copiers, and scanners.
- Respond to emails and written inquiries clearly, professionally, and on time.
2. Required Qualifications
- Fluency in both written and spoken Spanish and English (required).
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required).
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within a customer service or office environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Work Schedule
- Monday through Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM
