Auto Collision Specialists is looking for a friendly, efficient Customer Service Representative to be the welcoming face and voice of our auto body shop, ensuring our customers receive exceptional care from start to finish!
What you will be responsible for:
• Be the first point of contact: Greet customers, answer phones and respond to emails with warmth and professionalism
• Guide customers through repairs: Explain the repair process, provide updates and manage expectations with empathy
• Coordinate with Insurance: Work closely with insurance to process estimate inspections, rental reservations and payment info as needed
• Manage scheduling: Schedule appointments, deliveries and estimates
• Problem Solve: Address customer concerns and find solutions to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain records: Keep customer files and repair details organized and accurate
What you bring:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to stay calm and positive in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in customer service, ideally the collision repair industry
• Familiarity with insurance processes is a big plus!
• High school diploma or equivalent
