Room #2 is available to be rented on a monthly basis. It is a small room 10x10 with nice windows and it is perfect for a therapist, anti-aging fillers, a professional that needs a room to meet with clients, or a beauty related pro that does not need to be able to fit a massage table. The rent is $450 per month and this room is available starting April 1 and you see the images with a big brown treatment chair, etc.
Minimum 6 months lease is required and will also consider partial rent for a business that requires a business address with rare/limited physical use of the office. Credit report check will be performed and one month deposit is required.
The offices will be shared with a professional skin care and makeup artistry center and 2 mental health therapists and are available to share with service businesses such as mental health therapy, consulting, IT, legal, etc.
