I am an experienced Medical Assistant with a strong background in both direct patient care and practice management. I previously served as a Practice Manager for a wound care center, where I provided hands-on clinical care, including wound debridement, surgical assistance, while supervising a team of 12 employees.
My experience includes working with advanced wound care modalities, supporting providers with treatment plans, compression dressings, home health care plans and ensuring continuity of care in a fast-paced clinical environment. I bring a balance of clinical skill, leadership, and operational understanding, along with a calm, patient centered approach.
I am currently seeking a part-time clinical position (approximately 2 days per week). I currently reside in Pennsylvania and will be relocating to Jefferson, Maryland in the near future. I also own a business, which does not interfere with my availability or commitment to clinical work. My goal is to remain active in a hands-on medical setting and continue to maintain and grow my clinical skill set.
