The room for rent is about 210 ft² with its own private bathroom. There's about 710 square feet of shared space and there is plenty of space for you to keep your own belongings there as well. There's on-site parking, washer and dryer, kitchen, patio, dishwasher, fenced in back yard, living room, dining room, shed, laundry room, and a tiny art/painting area.

I am transwoman in her 30s that is an independent accountant so the person that I'm looking for would have to be okay with that fact. I myself am a bit of a sci-fi nerd and outdoor explorer. I'm always running around to find the next exciting thing. Other than that we keep to ourselves and are pretty quiet.

Since we will be cohabiting with the new roommate we are looking for women, enby individuals, or people that are queer friendly. No smoking in the house, no drugs, no partying. 420 is ok if it's for a medical reason and have a card. This would be ideal for someone that's a college student. I will be running background and credit checks on any perspective roommate so if you know you have a long history of crime and racking up debt, this place isn't for you. I can't just let anyone live with me without knowing they're safe these days.
